This portal feature was highly requested and extremely anticipated from both Unison customers as well as Unison client support team members. MyAdmin allows customer administrators to view and manage their product users directly within the Unison platform.

Problems Solved
Prior to having this feature customer administrators did not have the ability to view product users and make changes to their profiles. Admins would have to contact Unison customer support and create a ticket anytime they wished to add, edit, or deactivate a user. MyAdmin Portal allows customer administrators to access these key functionalities from within their settings in the Unison product. This feature has allowed a more streamlined approach to administrator capabilities.
